From the 28th of September onwards, there'll be a single bed available at Paragon building, Hay Street, (Right in front of the Apple Store)
The location is exceptional! Just a couple of minutes from everywhere in the city and within 40metres from the closest cat stop (Central Park)
You'll share the room with a Colombian guy and the flat with 2 other french women. All of them very friendly, easy-going and sociable. The apartment is equipped with all the essentials like washingmachine, cooker, etc, plus, reliable WiFi, a flatscreen TV, a PlayStation3 and plenty storage room. It's not allowed to smoke inside, but you may do so in the blacony. No minimum stay required.
The expenses include: WEEKLY rent of $150, $25 MONTHLY of internet, and aprx. $25 MONTHLY of electricity. The bond is $600.
