Room for rent in 3-bed house in Northbridge (available 15 June) in PERTH, Western Australia for sale

We are looking for a housemate to share our lovely house in Northbridge
Great location in quiet residential street, but close to everything - short walk to Northbridge, Mt Lawley, CBD and Hyde Park.
The room is available furnished or unfurnished if required.
The house is fully-furnished and equipped, cosy but spacious – there are two internal living areas plus back garden area, so we all have plenty of space.
You’ll be sharing with two women (late 20s/mid 30s). We are both very friendly, sociable and easy to get along with, but we do insist on the house being kept scrupulously clean, so in the interests of household harmony, it’s important that you share our standards!
Please note there is a fixed amount of $40 per week payable for bills and consumables - this covers water, gas, power, internet, mowing, and most common-use items like cleaning products, toilet paper, kitchen paper, lightbulbs etc.
