the rent of $175 per week includes ALL bills and FREE internet so there is NO more to pay, so this room is very good value for the city.
The House is clean and has a fun and friendly atmosphere. please only apply if you are clean and cool! :)
We MAY consider TWO people to share the room for $145 each per week, but NO couples as there is a girl already living on the other section of the loft.
