Myself and my flatmate have a spare room in our 3 bedroom appartment in the CBD on Murray Street.
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, large mirror and fan. The flat has aircon but unfortunatley the room does not.
We are both British, 24 & 25, young professioanls working in the city. We tend to go out at the weekend but keep it pretty quiet during the week, so are looking for someone similar.
We DO NOT have any parking available. All bills are included in the price, however couples or room shares will be $350pw.
Perfect if you're working in the city as pretty much anywhere is 5-10 minute walk max.
