Looking for clean, easy going relaxed couple and single, aged late 20's and over for 2 rooms available in cool old Federation era house in South Perth (backpackers welcome) You would be sharing with like minded sociable mid 30's single guy, who doesn't mind a drink and hanging out but doesn't want this house being the party precinct in the area :)
Both rooms are nicely sized, around 4m x 3.5m, one being $220 pw for couple, other $180 for single. Bills and internet included in price.... Awesome kitchen/living area which is glassed in, overlooking leafy backyard and pool (which is there for your enjoyment ;)
Location doesn't get much better than this, close to South Perth shopping hub, including Coles, post office and numerous cafes, minutes walk from the beautiful South Perth foreshore and ferry to take you into the city to enjoy its numerous bars, restaurants, cafes and culture - all in all, for me an awesome place to live...;)
