Barista / all rounder in PERTH, Western Australia
Coffee bar in Perth CBD is looking for a temporary barista for 4 weeks commencing 16 June for early morning shifts
You must :
1) be fully capable of making all types of coffee - flat whites, lattes,
cappuccinos etc
2) be able to steam milk correctly and to the right texture & temperature
using a traditional Espresso machine
3) know how to keep the machine clean (back flushing etc)
4) have a friendly & happy personality
Ability to work fast whilst producing consistently great coffee when under pressure is a minimum requirement. You should also possess basic knowledge of what makes a great cup of coffee.
You will also be required also to serve customers using a POS & do some light kitchen work when not making coffees.
Shifts are Monday to Friday from 6 am till 11.30 am. Temporary positions may be available for the right candidate in the future.
We are located 5 minutes from the Espalnade Train/Bus Port & please note that parking will cost around $5/hour
