You must be knowledgeable about all aspects of classic bartending including classic cocktails and you also need to have a good working knowledge of wine and beer. You must possess an understanding and empathy for food service so previous waiting experience is advantageous.
In addition to looking after customers who are dining in the bar areas, the bars also operate as a dispense operation servicing dining needs. Presentation and attention to detail are key to ensuring the quality of our beverage offerings match those of our food. Most importantly, candidates must have energy, passion, stamina and commitment. You will need to demonstrate that you are able to keep a cool head and to work quickly and cleanly under pressure.
