Apprentice/commis in PERTH, Western Australia
The old crow is seeking a full time apprentice or commis chef to join the kitchen team.
We are a small restaurant that operates 7 days a week for dinner and sat/sun brunch.
The food is loosley based on ameriacn cuisine.
We make everything from daily baked bread and freash churded butter to a wide rang of smoking and curing meats.
We offer 5 stright shifs a week, no split days off , equile split of tips and a beer at the end of shift.
