Flex Home Care is part of Flex Health Group, the largest owned and operated health service provider in Western Australia. Flex Home Care provides home care services across the entire Perth Metro area.
The Role
Our Home Care team is expanding. We are looking for experienced Multi-Skilled Support Workers who are passionate about making a difference and want to help support elderly/disabled clients to remain healthy and independent in their own homes in Dianella & Stratton.
The role involves providing care in a residential setting in line with the client's personal care plan including; showering, toileting, food preparation, manual handling and domestic duties.
Must Have:
- A relevant Certificate III in Aged Care or disability services
- A drivers license and own vehicle
- National Police Clearance
Desirable (Training can be provided):
- Senior First Aid
- Manual Handling
- Dysphagia
- Med Assist
