Disability Support Workers Needed in WA - For casual shifts in PERTH, Western Australia
Randstad's Care division are looking for trustworthy, and reliable carers that will make a positive impact on the lives of people with disabilities by supporting them out in the community.
We are looking for disability support workers who will be required to provide support to individuals with a wide range of physical and intellectual disabilities by assisting them with (but not limited to):
- Personal care and Hygiene
- Community Integration
- Developing and maintaining independence
- Developing personal, community and social relationships
- Encouraging them to maintain contact with their family & friends
- Providing companionship and support during daily activities
- To be successful for registration applicants should have:
- Minimum of 6 months recent experience in disabilities
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Proof of Manual Handling
- Current Police Clearance
- Medication Administration
- Current Working With Children Check
